etting the most out of our annual Warehouse Sale, requires speed. Agility. Brain Power. Dedication. And above all, some serious preparation. Because once our much loved kit is gone, it’s most definitely gone my friends. So here is what you need to know to get safely to the other side.

First things first. The 2022 Warehouse Sale begins 12pm AEST (Brisbane time), June 7.


What are the special offers?

On random days, we will have an epic and limited special offer, available for only 24 hours or until the item sells out. The aim of the game with these is to get in fast because they won’t last long. 

When are the special offers released?

They are announced and go live 12pm AEST from Friday, June 10th.

Can I have more than 1 offer per order?

If your order is so large and awesome that you qualify for more than one of the special offers, then yes, you may opt to add the offer as many times as you qualify for it to your cart.

When do the special offers end?

The special offers end 24 Hours after they begin.


Will there be a site black out?

On Monday, June 6 at 7pm AEST the website will be having a "Blackout". Don't worry - we are still here! We are just setting up for the sale. It also stops the cheeky lot who fill their carts prior to the sale, ready to pull the trigger on the stroke of midday.

How can I prepare for the sale?

Don’t be caught off guard. Know your obstacles. Know the quickest way to the finish line. We recommend getting on daily in the run up to the Sale. Hourly if you need to. Know your kit. What fits do they come in? What colour-ways? Is it just a Jersey I’m after? The matching Bib?

I can’t log into my account?

Don't panic. Place your order as normal, with your correct details (Name, email, address, etc). And then give us a buzz, via email, after the sale and we can get it added to your account.

There is a queue at checkout?

It’s a race well fought, by the fittest and fairest our ol’ Warehouse Sale. And with so many of you on our site, you may experience a bit of a queue at checkout.

Keep your cool. Don't refresh (as this will send you to the back of the pack). Our ecommerce platform, Shopify, is pretty good at this game. It should only be a few minutes.

Can I use another discount code to get an even bigger discount?

Nice try, mate.

No further discounts or codes are applicable during the Warehouse Sale. Just be comforted by the fact that you'll never get it this good, anywhere, at any other time. There are probably tissues out the back if you still are upset.

I’ve entered the wrong email address?

We understand that when you're rushing to fill your basket with a ton of Black Sheep goodies, mistakes happen, and you may have entered the wrong email address. Just contact Customer Support if this is the case. Once you have placed an order, if you have been re-directed to the order confirmation screen, rest-assured, we have received your purchase and we're getting it ready.

My order’s been cancelled during the payment process?

If your order has been cancelled or suspected fraudulent, don’t panic! This is an automated process when our payment security system detects that something is wrong. It may be that the billing address that you have entered does not match the card you are using, or that the CSV doesn’t match. If your order is cancelled, first check your card details are correct and then get in touch with our Customer Support Team.

They’re pretty ace and have the ability to look further into the reasoning behind your order cancellation, to prevent it happening again!

I’ve buggered up my order, can I change or cancel it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you receive your order you may return any items that are not marked final sale. Take a look at our full returns policy here.


I can’t log into my account?

If someone you know placed their order after you, but received their package first, never fear! Our dispatch team batches orders chronologically, but also according to product types. This helps streamline the dispatch process. Rest assured, your order is on it’s way, just keep your eye on your inbox.

There is a queue at checkout?

Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages. Do not worry! You will receive an email from our Customer SupportTeam to notify you, if this is the case.

I can’t use a discount code I have to get an even bigger discount!

Please choose wisely! As styles usually sell out, in the instance of an exchange we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that your required size will be available post sale. In the event that your replacement size is unavailable, you will be offered a store credit minus any shipping fees (original and return).

I’ve enterede the wrong email address?

Dispatch of Sale orders begins on January 4 and will be shipped out on an express service. Orders during the Sample Sale are typically dispatched within 24 to 72 hours, however, please allow up to 5-7 business days.

To ensure that we can handle your responses as quickly as possible, please do not message Customer Support on more than one channel, and please do not send multiple messages regarding the same issue. If you do, this will move you to the back of our inbox - and you will be caught in the never-ending vortex of the Sample Sale Customer Service Bermuda Triangle.
